Support The South Beauregard Museum Effort
Making its home in the old Kansas City Southern Train Depot at 120 South Washington Avenue in DeRidder, Louisiana the Beauregard Parish Museum serves to preserve & celebrate the history of this area.
Housed with the Beauregard Parish Museum is the delightful Lois Loftin Doll Museum featuring over 3,000 antique and collector's dolls.
Site of an 18th Centry Coushatta Indian village, Merryville lies along the old Sabine Trace that connected the Spanish colonial provinces of Texas and Louisiana. The displays artifacts from village to homesteading through the Civil War and more recent history.
