If you are in the DeRidder branch and logged on with your account and
password, you can configure Netscape Communicator or one of a couple of other
programs to handle your email with the all the comforts of home including
addressbooks, easy file attachments, etc.
Follow the menu choices in the picture below to connect to our
mail server and run PINE as we have offered it in the past. While it
has a very spartan appearance at first glance, it is VERY fast,
efficient and has a wealth of features making it the preferred mail
client of most of the library staff.
