Please remember that the Library does not have funds for a support
desk. Staff members and volunteers attempt to assist you as quickly
as possible. However, depending on work load and availablilty of
volunteers, it could even be several days between your request and our
answer.
Difficult setup problems can be brought to any meeting of the Internet
User's Group. Group members will be happy to assist you in setting up
your computer to connect to the internet. If you use a standard video
and keyboard connection, all you need to bring is your CPU (the "box"
part of the computer) and your modem.
