I like this book because it's simple and easy to read. I like the fact that this diet explains how it is important to slow down and enjoy meals and life with family/friends rather than stressfully running through it, and that it uses fresh vegetables and fruit to get you healthy. If you're tired of trying diets that just don't work or are ready to get your heart and mind and body healthy, then I think you will like this book also.
